You agree that the following terms and conditions govern your membership:

1. You will have access to CAI materials prior to release of such materials to non-members.
2. You will have access to quarterly CAI members-only meetings.
3. The CAI has adopted the terms of the Code of Conduct. You agree to comply with the Code of Conduct in all dealings with the CAI and its members.
4. Information disclosed in connection with the CAI, including but not limited to meetings, contributions, communications, and submissions is not confidential, regardless of any markings or statements to the contrary.
5. The CAI may use your name and/or company’s logo, trademark, or service mark to identify you and/or your company as a CAI member. All other uses are subject to your express prior written authorization.
6. You may use the Content Authenticity Initiative name and logo solely to the extent necessary to promote your or your company’s membership in the CAI. All other uses are subject to express prior written authorization.
